Demo — simulated build Live building proposed
Build your AI agent — right here, right now
Describe the job in plain English. Pick a starting template. Watch the agent get built, test it on the spot, and see the price worked out from the time it saves you — not from a price list we made up.
What this page is, honestly. This is a working demo of the builder: the build steps are simulated and the test chat uses scripted replies. No agent is really built here, nothing you type leaves this browser, and nothing is sent, booked, or charged. Live building switches on after the Agent Factory is implemented, the governance layer is approved, and server keys are in place. Until then, this page shows you exactly how it will work.
Step 1 — Describe the job
One job, in your own words. The narrower the job, the better the agent.
Step 2 — Pick a starting template
The builder never starts from a blank page. It assembles your agent from a vetted workflow template, then configures it for your job. Pick one — or leave the choice to the builder in Step 3.
Template status: in review. Every template below is being licence-checked and security-reviewed before it can be used in a real customer build. No template is cleared yet. In this demo you can pick any of them to see how the build would work — the review status does not change the demo, and a real build will only ever use a template that has cleared review.

Something custom
No template fits? The builder says so up front and the job is scoped and quoted on a call — not promised in minutes.
No template picked yet — the builder will recommend one from your job description.
Step 3 — Watch it get built
A template agent takes minutes. A custom job takes longer, and the builder says so before it starts. This is a simulation of the build — each step is what the real builder will do.
Press “Build my agent” to start the simulated build.
Step 4 — Test your agent on the spot
Demo — scripted replies, sample data only
Talk to the agent you just built. It answers with prepared replies matched to keywords — try asking about price, booking, or hours. It cannot send anything, book anything, or charge anything.
Your agent — pick a template and build it first
Build your agent in Step 3 first — then the test chat opens here.
Step 5 — The price, from the time it saves you
We price a build from your Buyback Rate: your annual take-home pay ÷ 2,000 working hours ÷ 4. Any task that can be done for that rate or less should not be done by the owner.
The worked example
$200,000 annual take-home pay → $100/hour effective rate → $25/hour Buyback Rate. Save 10 hours a week and that is $1,000 a week — about $52,000 a year of owner time.
Your numbers
Enter your hours per week (Step 1) and your take-home pay, then press the button. The example above is used for anything you leave blank.
The 4× test. A solution must return at least four times its yearly cost in owner-time value — or we do not sell it. The test counts the build price and the monthly running cost. If your numbers fail the test, this page says so and shows what would have to change. A build price is never cut below the cost of doing the work well just to force a pass.
Trial rules: 7 days, labelled trial with a visible expiry, sample data only. If you do not proceed, the agent is destroyed — workflow, data and keys — with a destruction confirmation. One action, not a cleanup project.
