How we price a build. Hours returned per week × your effective hourly rate = weekly value. A solution must return at least 4× its cost in owner-time value over a year, or win customers that are priced separately and honestly. If it fails both, we do not sell it.

How pricing works — the Buyback way

We do not charge by the hour and we do not send surprise quotes. Every build — a template agent, a custom agent, a full system — is priced the same way: by the time it gives you back.

The formula

Buyback Rate = your annual take-home pay ÷ 2,000 working hours ÷ 4. That is the most an hour of your time is worth paying someone — or something — else to do.

Worked example

Take-home pay $200,000 a year → $100 an hour → Buyback Rate $25 an hour. If an agent saves you 10 hours a week, that is $1,000 a week of your time — about $52,000 a year.

What a build costs

Build price: 5% of the first year's time value, capped at $5,000. On the example above: 5% of $52,000 is $2,600. Monthly running cost is $299–$599 a month, depending on the agent.

The 4× test — and the no

We test the total first-year cost (build + 12 months running) against the time value: it must return at least 4×. On the example above, $2,600 + $3,588 running = $6,188 against $52,000 of time value — 8.40×, it passes. If it fails, we tell you not to buy it, and we say why. A build that does not pay for itself is a bad buy, and we will not sell you one.

Ways to pay

The price is the same however you pay. What changes is how it reaches us — so a good build is affordable whether you have cash now or not.

Pay monthly

The build price in 12 equal monthly payments, no interest, plus $299 a month to run it. On the example above: $2,600 over 12 months is about $217 a month, plus $299 running — about $516 a month all in. The total is the same; it is spread, not discounted. The 4× test still applies to the total.

Pay from what it makes you

No money to pay? We take 10% of the revenue the build brings in, only until the build price is paid off, and never longer than 24 months. No monthly fee while the share runs — the 10% covers the build and the running. After the build is paid off, or after 24 months, it is $299 a month to run it. We agree up front, in writing, what counts as revenue the build brought in — so there is no argument later.
