Proposed — in development, pilot-first
AI infrastructure for real estate
One system for the whole brokerage. It combines the software a brokerage already runs, adds AI agents on top, and puts a master brain — the Master Chief agent — over all of it, so nothing falls through the cracks.
One master brain that sees everything
Leads, showings, listings, follow-ups, and reviews all flow through the same event stream. The Master Chief agent watches the whole picture and hands work to the right specialist agent: capture the lead, follow up, schedule the showing, chase the listing, ask for the review.
Lead capture and follow-up
Every inquiry gets an answer in minutes, day or night — and the follow-up keeps going until the lead answers or opts out.
Showing scheduling
Showings booked without the back-and-forth, with reminders that cut no-shows.
Listing follow-up
Buyers and sellers hear back on time, every time — and the agent knows where each listing stands.
Review requests
Reviews asked for at the right moment, after a good outcome — not blasted out at random.
One lead's journey — every step is an event
Follow one buyer inquiry through the system. Each step is an event on the shared stream, so nothing is retyped and nothing is forgotten.
- Inquiry arrives. A buyer asks about a listing at 9pm. The event hits the stream; the capture agent answers in minutes.
- Qualified. The qualifier asks budget, timeline, and area — and passes on a real lead, not a raw message.
- Showing booked. The scheduling agent books the showing and sends reminders that cut no-shows.
- Follow-up. After the showing, the follow-up agent checks in, answers the next question, and keeps the deal warm.
- Review. After a good outcome, the review agent asks at the right moment — not blasted out at random.
If anything stalls, Master Chief sees it. A lead with no reply in an hour, a showing with no confirmation, a follow-up that went quiet — the chief flags it to a person instead of letting it die silently.
Dashboards with strict visibility
Seeing everything is only useful if the right people see the right things.
Team lead dashboard
A team lead sees only what their own team is doing: their leads, their showings, their follow-ups, their numbers. Nothing from other teams.
Brokerage owner dashboard
The brokerage owner sees everything: every team, every lead, every deal in motion — and where the leaks are.
Privacy is part of the design. Visibility rules are enforced by the system, not by asking people to look away. Agents only touch the data their job needs, and every action is logged.
Pricing — proposed
Proposed pricing — not live billing
$299 / month for five agents, plus $29 / month per extra agent. A ten-agent brokerage would be $444 a month. These are proposed prices from earlier planning — the pilot will confirm the final number.
